Carnivorous Minds is a freelance editing and book layout and design service that specializes in proofreading, editing (substantive, structural, and stylistic), and revising a variety of literary works such as manuscripts, short stories, screenplays, articles, essays, research papers, graphic novels, comics, professional journal entries and much more.
Carnivorous Minds is also a resource and writing site of writer, editor and publishing professional Andrew Wilmot. Holding a Master of Publishing degree and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Arts and Film and Video Studies from Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, British Columbia, Andrew has worked in writing and publishing, in some capacity, for nearly a decade, and has had experience in a wide variety of media, both digital and in print.
A member of the Editor’s Association of Canada for three years, Andrew currently resides in Vancouver, British Columbia, where he is freelancing as a literary and production design editor at Drawn & Quarterly Publishing in Montreal.
